Please note: In order to ensure the freshness and quality of our products, most sales are final. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to return an item.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened food items

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

Exchanges:

We are happy to offer exchanges for unopened, non-perishable items in their original packaging with a receipt within 3 days of purchase.

Reasons for Exchange:

We will only accept exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Damaged item upon purchase (please inspect your items upon checkout)

  • Incorrect item received

Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please bring your receipt and the unopened, non-perishable item to our store in Randolph, MA. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
